U.S. News & World Report Names Vorys to 2024 Best Companies to Work For: Law Firms List

Vorys is pleased to announce that the firm was named to the list of 2024 Best Companies to Work For: Law Firms by U.S. News & World Report.  

U.S. News and World Report assessed and identified its list of law firms based on how firms scored on six key metrics: quality of pay and benefits; work/life balance and flexibility; job and company stability; physical and psychological comfort; belongingness and esteem; and career opportunities and professional development.  The 2024 edition of this list is the first of its kind.  

To develop the list, U.S. News & World Report partnered with a panel of experts to compile and analyze publicly available data from company websites and employee disclosures.  This data was then compiled into standardized scores for each of the six key areas.  The law firms with the highest scores were named to the Best Companies to Work For: Law Firms list.  To view the full list, click here.
