Venturino Named to IAM Strategy 300 Global Leaders List
Tony Venturino, a partner in the intellectual property (IP) group in the Washington, D.C. office, has been included in the IAM Strategy 300 Global Leaders list for 2025.
According to IAM (Intellectual Asset Management), the IAM Strategy 300 Global Leaders list “draws from the worlds of private practice, consulting and other service providers, with specialists from the major IP markets in North America, Europe and Asia.”
This marks Venturino’s third-consecutive year being recognized as a member of the IAM Strategy 300.
As a part of Venturino’s legal practice, he has prepared numerous U.S. and Patent Cooperation Treaty patent applications, trademark applications and opinions. He has also participated in major IP litigation, post-grant proceedings at the U.S. Patent Office, as well as oppositions and cancellations at the U.S. Trademark Office. Venturino also assists clients with complex activities including negotiating and drafting agreements, conducting due diligence for multi-million-dollar technology acquisitions and counseling senior management on IP issues. He has also written many patent applications for building products, surfactants and secondary oil recovery.
