Vorys Earns Mansfield Certification for 2023-24

Vorys is proud to announce that it has once again been recognized with Mansfield Certification for its inclusive efforts to diversify the legal industry. 

Mansfield Certification is a recognition administered by Diversity Lab, which acknowledges law firms that dedicate at least 30% of candidate consideration for leadership and governance roles, equity partnership promotions, senior associate, lateral associate and formal pitch opportunities to those representing historically underrepresented groups.  This includes women, attorneys of color, LGBTQ+ attorneys and attorneys with disabilities.

Vorys has long demonstrated its commitment to the cause; Diversity Lab recognizes Vorys as an “Early Adopter,” a firm that has “achieved certification [and] remained committed for 5-6 years.”

Vorys has committed to the next round of Mansfield certification for 2025.

Additional honors that the firm has received for its diversity efforts include being named to the Human Rights Campaign’s “Equality 100 Award” list and receiving the 2024 DEI Champion Award from the Ohio Women’s Bar Association.
