Vorys Earns Perfect “100” in Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate 2025 Equality Index

Vorys has earned a perfect score in the Human Rights Campaign’s (HRC) Corporate Equality Index (CEI) 2025 Report

Vorys has earned a perfect score in the Human Rights Campaign’s (HRC) Corporate Equality Index (CEI) 2025 Report, making this the 16th-consecutive year that the firm has been recognized as one of the best gay-friendly workplaces in the United States.

The CEI is the foremost benchmark for measuring corporate policies regarding LGBTQ+ equality in the workplace.  Businesses participating in the CEI represent more than 22 million U.S. workers.

Vorys’ score is a combination of four “pillars,” including:

  • non-discrimination policies;
  • equitable benefits for LGBTQ+ workers and their families;
  • supporting an inclusive culture; and
  • corporate social responsibility.

Vorys was one of only 29 Ohio-based businesses to receive a perfect score for the 2025 CEI.  It was one of just five Ohio law firms to earn that score.

About Vorys: Vorys was established in 1909 and currently has nearly 375 attorneys in 10 offices in Ohio, Washington, D.C., Texas, Pennsylvania, California, London and Berlin.  Vorys currently ranks as one of the 200 largest law firms in the United States according to American Lawyer magazine.
