Vorys Receives Ohio Women’s Bar Association DEI Champion Award
Vorys is pleased to announce that the firm received the 2024 Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Champion Award from the Ohio Women’s Bar Association (OWBA). According to the OWBA, each year the organization recognizes a law firm, company, or other legal organization that has a demonstrated commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the profession with the DEI Champion Award.
Vorys was selected for a number of factors including our clear dedication to DEI; our commitment to using our resources to advance the position of diverse individuals in the legal profession; our inclusive culture that provides opportunities to foster a sense of belonging among diverse employees; and our development of employee resource groups (ERGs) to support underrepresented groups in the profession.
