Elisabeth Healey, an associate in Vorys Pittsburgh office and a member of the technology and intellectual property group, co-authored an article for the Intellectual Property Organization titled "Economics of Diversity." The article outlines how data and evidence showcase the positive economic impact of a diverse workforce within a company or any organization, including increased revenue and market share, and reduced turnover and legal costs.
