Nick is a partner in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the finance, energy and real estate group.  Nick’s practice includes general commercial real estate transactions, with a focus on sales and dispositions, development and leasing, and he has specific experience in multi-family acquisitions and dispositions, single-family home development projects, data center development and office and industrial leasing.  Nick also represents financial institutions and borrowers in connection with conventional construction and acquisition mortgage financing transactions.  He also works closely with the firm’s corporate attorneys on real estate matters in M&A transactions.  

Nick is also a licensed title agent, affiliated with Chicago Title Insurance Company.

Nick received his J.D. from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and his B.S. from the University of Notre Dame.
