James E. Roberts, Jr.

Jake is an associate in the Columbus office and a member of the corporate group.  His practice focuses on representing both public and private companies in corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities, periodic reporting and disclosure (Form 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K reporting and proxy statement disclosure) and corporate governance.

Jake received his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law where he received a Business Law certification and was a research staffer for The Business and Commercial Law Journal.  He received his B.A. from The Ohio State University.
