Anna is an associate in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the finance, energy and real estate group.
Prior to joining Vorys, Anna worked as an administrative law judge at the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio/Ohio Power Siting Board. In this role, she oversaw an active case docket involving electric, gas, power siting, transportation, and telecommunications matters. Using this prior experience, including regulatory relationships, Anna provides practical advice to clients on a wide range of utility and energy matters and to developers at every stage of their projects. Anna has assisted in the development and permitting of solar farms and gas-fired electric generation plants in Ohio totaling over 1,400 megawatts and counseled data centers on the feasibility of siting on-site generation projects. Anna also has extensive experience in litigating matters before the Ohio Power Siting Board. Once permitted, Anna provides ongoing project construction and operational compliance services to energy generation developers.
Anna received her J.D. cum laude from Capital University Law School, where she was a member of the Order of the Curia. She received her B.A. cum laude and with honors from The Ohio State University.
