Joseph is an associate in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the firm’s nationally recognized Vorys eControl group.  His practice focuses on brand protection, product diversion and enforcement of intellectual property rights for eCommerce clients.  While finishing his J.D., he was an articles editor and a staff editor for the Ohio State Journal on Dispute Resolution.  He also participated in numerous advocacy and lawyering skills competitions.

Joseph is affiliated with the Hispanic National Bar Association and the National LGBTQ+ Bar Association.

Joseph received his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and his BBA summa cum laude in marketing from Kent State University.
