Overview
Cynthia is a commercial and real estate paralegal in the finance, energy and real estate group in the Cincinnati office. She assists a team of real estate attorneys to prepare projects for closing involving the development of apartment buildings, skilled nursing homes, assisted living facilities and other senior living and senior health care facilities.
Cynthia received her certificate in paralegal studies from the University of Cincinnati and her B.A. from Wilmington College. She is experienced in survey and title reviews, preparation of assignment documents, drafting and recording various closing documents, title searches, pre-closing and post-closing transaction items.
