Jeffrey G. Stagnaro

Jeff is of Counsel in the Vorys Cincinnati office and a member of the corporate and tax groups.  For more than 30 years, he has assisted Cincinnati entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized business owners with a wide range of business and legal issues.  As outside general counsel to many of these clients, Jeff serves, not just as a lawyer, but as a strategic advisor.  He regularly advises business owners on a wide variety of business matters, helping them see their business "from 50,000 feet up."  

Jeff has assisted businesses of many sizes ranging from startups to privately/family-owned businesses with several hundred employees.  These businesses span a variety of industries.

Jeff also has a robust estate planning practice that allows him to further counsel business owners, and individual clients, on the most effective manner to protect and transfer their wealth to the next generation.

Jeff is a frequent lecturer on estate planning and probate topics, as these relate to family businesses and real estate entrepreneurs.  In addition, he is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association, the Cincinnati Bar Association and the Florida Bar Association’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section.

Jeff received his J.D. from Capital University Law School and his B.A. from Miami University.
