Overview

Pat is a partner in the Vorys Cincinnati office and a member of the corporate group.  He works with many Cincinnati entrepreneurs and privately held business owners, helping them establish, grow and protect their businesses.  Over his more than 20 years in practice, Pat has developed a reputation as a trusted advisor and business counselor and works alongside clients as their startups grow into successful businesses.

In addition to his corporate practice, Pat has a commercial real estate practice and assists clients during the entire cycle of a real estate transaction; from contract to closing. He also represents local and regional banks in real estate matters.

Pat serves on the Board for the Friars Club of Cincinnati and is also active with the St. Xavier High School Athletic Boosters. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Cincinnati Bar Association and the Kentucky Bar Association.

Pat received his J.D. from the Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase College of Law, where he was the lead articles editor for the Northern Kentucky Law Review.  He received his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.
